Payment & Insurance

Dr. Delia and her staff work with you to get the most out of your dental insurance. We process dental claims for all of the Insurance companies. Claims are submitted daily, and electronically to ensure timely payment. Prior approvals are sent on a ‘requested’ basis. We provide Insurance verifications to all our clients; please ask us prior to your appointment, we ask that you become familiar with your plan. Our financial policy is available to all of our clients; we recommend you request a copy. It is also posted in our office for your viewing. We are here to assist you in any way possible to make your visit to us as seamless as possible.

We are a participating provider with United Concordia. We are out-of-network with all the other Commercial Insurance Plans. However, if you have out-of-network benefits, we can accept the assignment of benefits, which means the Insurance payments will come to us, (there are a few exceptions to this, please ask), and then we send you a bill for any remaining balance. Our statements are sent out bi-monthly; we ask that payment is sent back by the due date.
Other financial arrangements can be made if necessary; they must be discussed and agreed upon prior to treatment.

We offer financing through CareCredit and Lending Club. They are lenders that we have made arrangements with to offer you interest-free or low interest-free dental loans, which are subject to approval.
